Gastro Goo
Smoothies Gas Guard
Gastro Goo is a smoothie in Grounded. Its effect is Gas Guard. In-game it is described as: "Smells almost as bad as it looks, but goes down surprisingly smooth. Makes you immune to gas damage."
A smoothie: blend it at a Smoothie Station and its buff lasts a set time, so it is a pre-fight power-up rather than a snack.
The effect it grants is Gas Guard — the reason to craft it is the buff it adds for its duration, not the item itself.
It is made from Stinkbug Gas Sack, Fungal Growth, and Aphid Honeydew, so topping up your stock of those ingredients is the prerequisite for keeping a supply on hand.
Verdict: Overall Gastro Goo is a smoothie worth carrying for its Gas Guard effect.
Smells almost as bad as it looks, but goes down surprisingly smooth. Makes you immune to gas damage.
